The Underworld, Camden – August 25th, 2026

I enjoyed the high-energy performance of Wicked from Rochester, New York, last night at The Underworld, Camden. This was the bands first date on their Wild In The Isles Tour supporting Kings Of Thrash.

The four members, being Chad Michael on Lead vocals and guitar, Danny (Danny Martin / Danny Doll) on Bass, Scotty V. on Lead guitar and Gunnar Coston on Drums have surely all been transported from the 80s and without doubt that is where their influences lie along with the 70s.

The bands third album ‘Go Rebel was released last Friday and we had received three tasters in the form of the three singles ‘Go Rebel, ‘Sunflower and ‘Bonesin advance of the albumOnly ‘Bones‘ found its way onto the set list this time.

They kicked things off with the opening track from the new album ‘Teen Riot‘ and certainly made the most of their time to have an impact.

A short support set on the night and I hope they return to the UK real soon with a headline tour. They certainly went down a treat with what was a fairly packed auditorium for the first of two support bands.

Set List:

  1. Teen Riot
  2. Reborn With Horns
  3. Bones
  4. Hellraiser
  5. Obsession
  6. Reptile Roots
