The Swiss metallers, Crystal Ball, presents their latest music video and single, a song titled ‘Reset‘. The track announces the band’s latest album, which will be released on October 23^rd.

As vocalist Steven Mageney says: “The working title of this song was ‘Power‘ — and in many ways, that still describes it perfectly. ‘Reset‘ is a powerful and worthy title track that captures the spirit of the whole album. For me, the lyrics have a double meaning: they can be understood as a fresh start for the band, but also as a personal reset in a relationship or in life itself. That kind of ambiguity is something we often like to use in Crystal Ball songs. It was the fourth song I recorded for the album, and including all backing vocals and choirs, I spent about three hours on it. The vocal melody came together very naturally and was kept exactly as I had created it. The final result turned out great — powerful, emotional and definitely a song I can imagine in our live set.”

Scott Leach adds: “The moment I played that main riff for the first time, I knew this was going to be a powerful song one that perfectly captured the new energy and spirit of the band. This song captures everything that defines Crystal Ball, while proving that we can still sound fresh without repeating ourselves. This needed to be the title track, bringing together the themes, energy, and musical direction that define the entire album.”
