Crown Solace have released their new symphonic metal track ‘Inside My Mind‘ on all streaming platforms.
The band comments, “‘Inside My Mind‘ is the perfect follow up to Horizons. We continue to showcase the modern symphonic metal from before however we added in more a more melodic feel and a change in vocal approach, making the track feel more sophisticated but still just as fun!”
Formed in 2020 in Aberdeen, Scotland, by guitarist and songwriter Valentyn Tkach, Crown Solace emerged from a desire to push the boundaries of the symphonic metal genre. The band draws stylistic inspiration from symphonic giants NIGHTWISH and EPICA, along with the modern metal sound from AMARANTHE and ARCHITECTS’ technical elements. A key part to Crown Solace‘s sound is Pete Rawcliffe‘s trained sopranist voice coupled with Callum Hutchinson‘s hardcore screams which together are emotive and enthralling. The new release follows the previous single ‘Horizons‘ unveiling further Crown Solace‘s stunning compositional and performance prowess.
Crown Solace seek to diverge from typical tropes of the genre and showcase the thrilling potential of this captivating metal subgenre. ‘Inside My Mind‘ is an offering of sweeping melodies and thrilling dynamics, adding another spellbinding release to their discography at this early stage in their career.
