Canadian hard rock band Helix have released a video for ‘Eat Sleep Rock‘, taken from the album of the same name.
‘Eat Sleep Rock‘, released on Perris Records, is a compilation album consisting of some of vocalist Brian Vollmer’s personal favorite songs recorded since leaving Captiol/EMI label back in 1990. ‘Eat Sleep Rock‘ is the first Helix album to include new guitarist Gary Borden.
