Swedish melodic rock/AOR band Emotional Fire have released their brand-new single ‘Into The Night‘, the first taste of their forthcoming second studio album, set for release in April 2027 via RN Records.

Following the release of their debut album ‘Rising‘ (review here), Emotional Fire are already moving forward with the next chapter of their journey. ‘Into The Night‘ offers the first glimpse of what the band has been working on for album number two – a powerful slice of melodic rock built around strong melodies, soaring vocals and the unmistakable AOR spirit that has become a defining part of the Emotional Fire sound.
Linnea Waljestål comments: “‘Into The Night‘ is all about that electrifying moment when the lights go down, the music takes over and nothing else matters. It captures the rush of a live show – the connection between band and audience, hands in the air, voices joining together and the feeling of being completely alive in the moment. It’s a song about leaving everything behind for one night, turning it up and letting the music take you wherever it wants to go.”
Written by Linnea Waljestål and Oliver Lee Waljestål, ‘Into The Night‘ combines the classic feel of melodic rock with a polished and contemporary production, setting the stage for what promises to be an exciting follow-up to ‘Rising‘.
The single was produced by Linnea Waljestål, with Ron and Nina Dahlgren serving as executive producers. Mixing and mastering were handled by acclaimed Swedish producer Thomas “Plec” Johansson at Studio Bohus in Gothenburg, Sweden. Johansson is known for his work with artists including Nestor, The Night Flight Orchestra, Dynazty, Gathering Of Kings and Perfect Plan.
With ‘Into The Night‘, Emotional Fire opened the door to the next era of the band, with more new music leading up to the release of their as-yet-untitled second studio album in April 2027.
