Chart topping, red hot, modern hard rock act, Juliet’s Not Dead announce their new single ‘Passing Ships’ to be released on 16th July 2026 The single will be available across all streaming platforms and is available now for ‘pre-save’ – here The song is accompanied by a promo video available now on YouTube.
‘Passing Ships’ is the final single from their album ‘This World Is Ours’ which topped the Official UK Downloads Chart, as well as hitting #2 in the Rock Chart and #7 in the Independent Chart.
Main man, Stevie Stoker says: “Musically, this a great mid-paced hard rock tune that builds into a grand finale. We worked with Romesh Dodangoda to give it our best sonically, we added additional instruments and choir vocals to give it a real crescendo. It’s huge! “The song goes out to everyone that has lost someone close. Its part lament, a longing for that person to return for one last time, for one last hour together but also a celebration and recognition that it was a privilege to have shared times with them. That they will always be part of you and that you will be together again.”
Sevie Stoker spoke about ‘This World Is Ours‘ (review here), “I love this album, not only do I think it’s the best music we’ve had ever written, but it was also the most enjoyable writing and recording process I’ve ever been a part of. Jack & I wrote for most of 2023. We were even recording demos while on tour around Europe. From the get-go we knew what we wanted to say with this collection of songs. As a band you come up against so many challenges and we wanted this album to reflect all of the emotions, difficult decisions, and strong bonds we’ve made over the last couple of years. “We couldn’t believe it when it achieved the Chart success it did. That can never be taken away but now we turn our attention to our NEXT album and we enter the studio next month to lay down our next chapter. We will be working with Romesh again and we can’t wait to shape our new songs into another awesome collection.”
The guys have also recently launched a crowdfunder campaign towards production of their 3rd album that is already at 80% of its target. More details can be found – here
