Emerging from the backroads and barrooms of Northwestern Pennsylvania, Cross Roadzz have officially released their full-length album titled ‘Dust & Bones‘ on April 20th, 2026. Blending country roots with a hard-driving rock edge, the band delivers a sound that feels as authentic as it is electrifying.
Formed in January 2022, Cross Roadzz began as a cover band built on raw talent and chemistry. Frontman Don quickly earned a reputation for commanding any room with grit and presence, while bassist Jason laid down a dynamic backbone that gives each song depth and movement. The lineup evolved with the addition of rhythm guitarist Ryan, whose Pittsburgh roots bring a blue-collar edge and attitude to the band’s sound, along with lead guitarist Justin.
The band eventually solidified with Wally behind the kit, bringing a strong rock and metal background that adds power, aggression, and precision to the rhythm section. With Justin stepping away to pursue a career in public office, the band welcomed Tom on lead guitar; a player whose sharp, high-energy solos add a final layer of intensity to the group’s already polished sound.
Behind it all, audio engineer Dale has been instrumental in shaping the band’s live experience, ensuring every performance hits as hard as intended.
The album’s featured track, titled ‘Dust & Bones‘, captures the heart of Cross Roadzz. Drawing from real-life experiences, the song reflects the struggles, lessons, and shared moments that connect people from all walks of life. It’s a track rooted in honesty, built to resonate with anyone who’s lived a little and has the scars to prove it.
Rather than chasing trends, Cross Roadzz focus on something more lasting music that brings people together. Their songs are grounded, relatable, and driven by the belief that no matter where you come from, there’s common ground in the stories we all carry.
As the band puts it:
“At the end of the day, we’re just here to play real music for real people.”
With their debut full-length release, Cross Roadzz aren’t just stepping onto the scene, they’re planting their flag.
