Swedish AOR/Classic Rock band Daytona are back today with the release of their new official video, ‘Town of Many Faces‘.
The song is taken from the Daytona debut album ‘Garder La Flamme‘ (review here) and the video was filmed during Daytona’s celebrated performance at Skogsröjet Festival in the summer of 2025, capturing the band in front of a passionate festival crowd and reflecting the strong connection they’ve been building on stage with their audience.
The release arrives while Daytona’s debut album ‘Garder La Flamme‘ continues to gain momentum. Released via Escape Music, the record received fantastic feedback from both fans and the rock press, and it has been named by several leading genre outlets among the best albums of 2025, confirming Daytona as one of the most exciting new Scandinavian names in melodic rock/AOR.

At the same time, Daytona are already in the studio working on their second album, the follow-up to ‘Garder La Flamme‘. With 14 songs already written and recording well underway, the band is shaping the next chapter with a clear goal in mind: creating an authentic AOR record, recorded “by the book,” rooted in the band’s vision and inspired by the golden era of the genre in the mid-to-late 1980s. The new album is expected to be released in late 2026.
Before that, Daytona are also preparing for an important live moment, as they will open the Wings of AOR Festival in their hometown of Norrköping, on April 26th –27th, 2026. Sharing the bill with legendary artists such as Joe Lynn Turner and Russ Ballard, the band considers it an honor to kick off this special event.
With new music in progress, major live highlights ahead and a growing reputation built on real results, the future looks packed with exciting developments and Daytona are heading into an important year, ready to take the next big steps with plenty more to come.
