Beyond this Earth‘s ‘Portraits of the Absurd‘ is finally complete!The heavy rock / metal band based in Livadiacity (Greece) releases its second full-length album on December 1st and invites us to a frenzy of intense music and allegorical lyrics. Enjoy ‘Portraits of the Absurd’on the band’s YouTube channel and Bandcamp page, it will soon be available on every music platform and in physical form.
The album’s recordings took place at Artracks Recording Studios in Athens, Greece. The mix was undertaken by Clyde Jabra together with Beyond This Earth, while the mastering was done by Giorgos Priniotakis. The artwork and logo are Kostas Pantoulas’ creations.

About Beyond This Earth:
Beyond This Earth is a heavy rock / metal band from Greece, formed in 2013 inthe need of a straightforward heavy riffing and rock’n’roll inspired musical approach. The band released its first EP ‘Tales From Beyond This Earth‘ in the beginning of 2014 and since then maintains a constant live activity. The next two years was a hard-working period for the band, from the creation of self-produced music videos andcomposing new material to the continuous development of their own sound. This eraresulted-after a six-month recording phase-to their first full-length album under the title of ‘Universal Fury‘ (self-released, 2016). Throughout this album the band continued their “story telling” lyrical approach, blended with real and fictional social experiences and facts. Musically, their sound is driven by intense vocals, tight rhythm section, strong riffing and bluesy leads, blending rock’n’roll and psychedelic paths always based on their raw heavy sound. All the experience gathered through these years made the band’s second album ‘Portraits Of The Absurd‘ (self-released, 2023) the most mature and complex release so far. Beyond this Earth’s purpose is to spread their passion for music and heavy sound, in the course of live acts and new compositions.
