Taynee wrote the lyrically brutal, upbeat song ‘You Think You’re All That‘ when she was a teenager about a friendship turned sideways. It’s filled with the reasons behind the blissfully unaware toxic friendship ending as the trust couldn’t be rebuilt. Writing this song was Taynee’s way of getting out her emotions. The song directly addresses the ex-friend giving them a reality check, hitting some home truths. It’s all the words she could never express to the person’s face.
The single was recorded with Rockfield Studio engineer Tim Lewis and Tom Meighan’s (Kasabian) producer Ross Rothero- Bourge.
