Encouraged by a raft of influences stemming from Mastodon, The Wildhearts, and Foo Fighters, through to Cheap Trick and Danko Jones, She Burns Red have already amassed a hearty live reputation fortified with the help of a slew of high-profile festivals such as HRH Sleaze, Winterstorm, Rockmantic, and WinterRocks, as well as sharing stages with Quireboys, South of Salem, Mason Hill, Inglorious, Geordie, GUN, The Treatment, and Vega.
Buoyed by the release of their previous single, ‘Rise And Fall‘, and a massively successful UK tour with Kickin’ Valentina culminating with the final date at Call Of The Wild Festival, the energetic quartet are intent on rising even further with the launch of their latest single, ‘Killing Time‘. As with all their songs, She Burns Red aim to tell a compelling story. ‘Killing Time‘ is no different and this one in particular is based around false friendships and bonds that attempt to drain you of your own wellbeing to meet others’ nefarious needs. The track also speaks of lessons learned and the ultimate ambition to take us from those darkened places with uplifting, adrenaline-fueled rock n’ roll.
She Burns Red continue their work with esteemed producer Matt Elliss (Massive Wagons/Black Spiders) as they gear towards their much-anticipated full debut album, which is set for release in 2023. As the wheels keep on turning and the band pick up pace, look out for a series of upcoming live dates including Winterrocks in Sheffield this December; these will be must-see shows rammed with songs that can heal and unite.
