Today, teenage guitar legend Aaron Keylock has released an audio stream of his new single ‘All The Right Moves’ on YouTube.
The song features on his upcoming debut album ‘Cut Against The Grain’, which is released on Friday 20th January 2017 by Mascot Label Group.
Aaron Keylock has released the audio stream to coincide with his 16-date UK tour with Nashville blues rock trio SIMO and British blues rock guitar band Federal Charm, which gets underway at the Talking Heads in Southampton on 16th November.
‘I Can’t Get My Hands On You (Live)‘ is taken from the new Jeff Healey release ‘Holding On‘, which will be released on the Mascot Label Group on December 9, 2016 (vinyl expected on January 13, 2017).
Featuring five rare Jeff Healey studio tracks that were all recorded during the same time period as ‘Heal My Soul’ (‘96-’98) and a concert recorded in 1999, a live snapshot of a brilliant performer at the top of his game, ‘Holding On‘ is the perfect complement to ‘Heal My Soul‘.
“It’s great that his legacy is being kept alive,” says Sonny Landreth. “Certainly, his music lives on, and for his fans, it’s stronger than ever. But it’s important to turn the next generation on to people like Jeff. He’s right up with the all-time greats…”

Multi award winning guitarist, singer/songwriter and British Blues Hall of Famer, Matt Schofield, returns to the UK to embark on his largest headlining tour since dazzling audiences nationwide last year as Joe Satrianis special guest. Schofield kicks off the 15-date tour on November 13th with special guest The Ben Poole Band. Tickets for all shows are on sale from 0844 478 0898 or thegigcartel.com.
The UK tour follows Schofields critically acclaimed fifth studio album, Far As I Can See released in the UK in February 2014. (Provogue Records / Mascot Label Group).
Over the last decade Schofield has earned a formidable international reputation as one of the most innovative and revered contemporary blues inspired guitarists on the world stage. There isnt a better British blues guitarist playing currently, says Guitarist magazine. Schofield represents a long tradition of British blues greats, and the new album finds him on stunning form. Alongside two covers from his musical heroes, the albums nine original tracks showcase his continued growth as an exciting songwriter, delivered with impassioned vocals to create a diverse and unique take on the blues.
Schofield is the recipient of major awards including the British Blues Awards including Guitarist of the Year 2010, 2011 and 2012 (making him the first guitarist in the British Blues Awards Hall of Fame), and the winner of Mojo magazines Blues Album of the Year 2011
Flying Colors are set to release their highly anticipated new album “Second Nature” on the Music Theories / Mascot Label Group in the UK and Europe on 29th September, followed by North American release on 30th September. The album release will be followed by a tour with dates in Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Barcelona, Spain, Tilberg, Frankfurt, Pratteln, London and Paris.
Combining the talents including Deep Purple/Dixie Dregs/ex-Kansas guitarist Steve Morse, drummer Mike Portnoy (Transatlantic, Winery Dogs, ex-Dream Theater), Neal Morse (Transatlantic, Spock’s Beard and a prolific solo artist), bass player Dave LaRue (Dixie Dregs, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and more) with a comparatively new talent, singer/songwriter Casey McPherson, the band mixed virtuoso music with melodic songwriting by crafting new-fashioned music the old-fashioned way.
The music press acknowledged their eponymously titled debut album from “Flying Colors” among the most compelling releases of 2012. Classic Rock magazine hailed the band’s debut as “fearless”, praising its “Journey-sized choruses” and referencing artists as diverse as The Beatles, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Doors, Muse, and even Frank Sinatra. In late 2012, the band toured America and Europe, dazzling fans with Flying Colors originals and selections from the catalogues of the five members.
This time the band opted to self-produce, with Bill Evans, the man responsible for the concept of Flying Colors, reprising his role as Executive Producer and co-engineer. Besides offering a finely tuned set of ears, Evans would remix a track each time an amendment was made, before sending it onto each band member, allowing closer collaboration by the band. “There was no repudiation of producer Peter Collins,” clarifies Evans, “but the guys had become a family and they wanted to try something different.”
Sporting stunning artwork from the legendary designer Hugh Syme (Rush, Aerosmith, Def Leppard, Whitesnake) and bookended by two tracks of truly epic stature – ‘Open Up Your Eyes’ and the multiple-part ‘Cosmic Symphony’ – the album is every bit as breathtaking as the debut. “This is an album full of many layers,” concludes guitarist Steve Morse. “The more you listen, the more you can hear. It’s an album to keep listening to.”
