Brazil’s own melodic hard rock warriors, Deserta, are ready to crank the volume even higher with the release of their second full-length album, ‘Hard Times Ahead‘, out February 27th, 2026 on Lions Pride Music. After turning heads worldwide with their killer debut ‘Don’t Dare Stop‘ in 2023, the band is back to prove that the party isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
Packed with soaring anthems, ripping guitar riffs, and hooks that stick to your bones, ‘Hard Times Ahead‘ captures everything fans love about Deserta while pushing their sound into even bigger, bolder territory. Recorded at Bat Caverna Studios in Joinville, Brazil, the album was shaped with the production of Ed Omar Carabantes (Producer, Mixing & Mastering), with Chris Siloma (Co-Producer & Executive Producer) ensuring Deserta’s fire burned at full force. The band also teamed up with Guilherme Santana on lead and rhythm guitars, bringing an extra punch to the sound.
Visually, ‘Hard Times Ahead‘ rips just as hard, thanks to cover art by Lucca Diniz and a sharp layout designed by Chris Siloma.
Every track was written by frontman Uly Dolph, arranged by the band, and packed with the kind of raw passion and 80s-inspired energy that has made Deserta a must-watch act.
