Touris Releases ‘Big(ger) Plans’ Via FnA Records

FnA Records is thrilled to have the opportunity to bring Touris‘ ‘Big(ger) Plans‘ to the world.  This album is a true and pure sample of what happens when Melodic Hard Rock and AOR collide.

Formed in the late 1980s, Touris emerged as a formidable force in the realm of Anthem Rock and Arena Rock, drawing inspiration from iconic artists such as Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen, Journey, and U2. The band’s sound resonated with fans, characterized by soaring melodies and heartfelt lyrics that encapsulated the spirit of an energetic era in rock music.

Touris made a significant mark in the industry with their full album release, ‘Big Plans‘, (now called ‘Big(ger) – Plans‘) as 7 Bonus tracks have been added to the FnA Records re-issue.

The album features many rockers, but also boasted the epic ballad ‘We’ll Meet Again Someday‘, worthy of a go around on MTV. ‘We’ll Meet Again Someday‘ received extensive radio play and showcased the band’s ability to connect emotionally with their audience.

Throughout their active years, Touris toured extensively, sharing the stage with legendary artists such as Bob Dylan, Trixter, Danger Danger, Tuff, and Benny Mardones. These performances not only highlighted their electrifying live presence but also helped establish Touris as a prominent act within the rock music scene of the late ’80s and early ’90s.

Touris’ story is a testament to the enduring power of rock music and the unbreakable bond between artists and their audience.
