Next Monday AFM is happy to announce that four classic U.D.O. albums will be coming to coloured vinyl for the very first time. All manufactured using 180gm colour vinyl with gatefold sleeves and including extra tracks, these milestones of the great German vocalist’s career, were previously made available again this February on CD, but demand has been such that AFM has now answered the vinyl call.
Featured are the first four classic U.D.O. releases “Animal House” (as a special double vinyl set), “Mean Machine”, “Faceless World” (as a special double vinyl set) and “Timebomb”, and the graphic below gives exact details of each release.
Pure metal history, these four albums really summarise the tremendous impact Udo Dirkschneider had on the metal market at the beginning of his career, and they’re sure to be collectors items for many years to come.
Vinyl re-issues are also planned very soon for Orden Ogan’s debut “Easton Hope”, the first two classic Masterplan releases and 2 of the classic Eisbrecher back catalogue, as well as for many of AFM’s standard new releases which are also now getting the vinyl treatment, so watch this space and go to the AFM Records on-line shop – http://shop.afm-records.de for further details….
