UK hard-hitting rockers Black Tree Vultures have revealed their new single, ‘Pull Apart‘, which will be released on Friday 21st February. This single has been produced by well-regarded producer Romesh Dodangoda (Motorhead, Funeral For a Friend, Bring Me The Horizon), and is sure to see the UK metallers sail through the ranks.

Formed in early 2017, Black Tree Vultures pull from classic metal influences, adding a distinct contemporary edge all their own. With a growing and inclusive fanbase, the Brit riff beasts have won over everyone from new rock kids to hardened metal veterans. Black Tree Vultures wasted no time in releasing their debut EP, ‘Sanity Isn’t Perfect‘, which arrived at the start of 2018. The release racked up critical acclaim and backing from the underground, providing a solid foundation for a follow-up release, their self-titled EP produced by the revered John Mitchell (You Me At Six, Enter Shikari, Architects). Their self-titled sophomore EP landed last year and won over the support of everyone from Moshvillle Times and Maximum Volume Music to Pure Grain Audio. The record also spawned a handful of singles, which all received widespread radio airplay.

Besides working on their recording output, Black Tree Vultures have also extensively toured throughout the UK and mainland Europe. Along the way, they have played with everyone from Diablo Blvd, Bigfoot, Devilskin and Ryders Creed, and the burly rock ‘n’ rollers have also supported Snakecharmer.

Brit Hard-hitters BLACK TREE VULTURES have delivered another engulfing single and video. The band have just dropped a new video for the track, ‘Ode To Johanna‘, which has been lifted from their stunning self-titled EP, out now.

Born at the start of 2017 by Jonno Smyth (Drums) and Aaron ‘Ham’ Hammersley (Guitar), BLACK TREE VULTURES set out to fuse together traditional metal influences with a cutting modern edge. After the recruitment of vocalist Celyn Beynon and bassist Ched Cheeseman, and countless hours in the rehearsal room, the band moulded a carefully created sound that more than fulfilled their original manifesto. To this day, this sound has seen the quartet win over everyone from new rock kids to seasoned metal veterans.

In February 2018, the hard rockers released their debut EP, ‘Sanity Isn’t Perfect‘, via BTV records/PHD. The release picked up a swell of support from the underground and allowed the emerging rockers to tour throughout the UK. Along the way, BLACK TREE VULTURES wooed audiences playing alongside Diablo Blvd, Bigfoot, Devilskin and Ryders Creed. The rock ‘n’ rollers also went on to support Snakecharmer, as well as playing a host of hugely successful mainland European shows.

BLACK TREE VULTURES arrived at Outhouse Studios to work with John Mitchell (You Me At Six, Enter Shikari, Architects) at the end of last year. The band wanted a fresh approach for their next EP, so they cut all three tracks live. Drummer Jonno Smyth explains: “We wanted to show everyone what the band were capable of. Recording this EP live was certainly a different approach, and it has paid off. We’ve always been inspired by bands such as Iron Maiden, Metallica & Queen, and I think you can hear our influences coming through on this release. It was superb working with John Mitchell; he’s an absolute legend of a man!”. BLACK TREE VULTURES will continue their touring assault on the UK and Europe this Summer.
